Beyer Farms was started on small farm in Maspeth, Queens in 1913 by Jacob Beyer. He ran a small neighborhood dairy that was eventually taken over by his son Clarence. In 1933, Clarence had incorporated Beyer Farms and started delivering milk with just one truck.
